All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
Please note: Once your order ships we are no longer responsible for lost/stolen packages or items damaged while shipping.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have up to 10 days from the time your order was delivered to return your item for an exchange or a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tag attached. We recommend that you ship your returned item back to us using a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you wish to return an item for a refund or to make an exchange, please email us within 10 days of receipt of goods at firstname.lastname@example.org
All jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
Please allow up to 3 business days from receipt of your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete. Your funds should be posted to your account within 2-3 business days, depending on your payment method. Please not that any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
